Patrick Stow is a senior biology/German double major. He does research under the direction of Drs. Marcus Fechheimer and Ruth Furukawa in the department of cellular biology at the University of Georgia . His current research focuses on the role of actobindin, an actin monomer binding protein, in the functioning of Dictyostelium discoideum. He plays an active role in the Campus Civitan service organization and serving as secretary of the American Medical Student Association. Patrick plans to attend optometry school in the fall of 2004.

Jennifer Carter is a senior biology major from Columbus Georgia. Jennifer, a 2000 graduate of the Columbus High School liberal arts magnet program, currently plays a major role in the Redcoats marching band, having been a member for four years. Jennifer plans on attending medical school in the fall of 2004

Brandon Burris is a senior biology major and a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He does research under the direction of Dr. Steve Stice in the department of animal sciences. Brandon enjoys sports and long walks on the beach. His hobbies include skydiving, surfing, and bobsledding. Brandon plans on going to medical school in fall of 2004.

Leslie Thompson is a senior biology major. She does research under the direction of Dr. Marly K. Eidsness in the department of chemistry. She plays in active role in the American Red Cross and the American Medical Student Association. She enjoys traveling across the world and watching movies. Leslie plans on attending medical school in the fall of 2004.
